Marriage Ceremony
You must provide a completed Notice of Intended Marriage form to an authorised marriage celebrant within 18 months of your proposed marriage and no later than one month and one day prior.

I will provide you with this form and assist you in completing the Notice of Intended Marriage.

You will need to ensure you have your required documentation with you e.g. birth certificate (original) and evidence that any prior marriage has been dissolved.
